I love Hindi classical music and love it a lot. The classical music renders a soothing tune to your heart and you feel relaxed and fresh. I have grown up hearing Lata Mangeshkar,Mohd Rafi ,Mukesh ,Kishore Kumar, Asha bhonsle who were all very famous singers of their era. The old songs take you back into old memories. I love the freshness and slow tune of the song which moves in a pace of its own.The guitar,sitar,tabla and harmonium remind me of the old songs. Till now people in India start their music lessons by practicing on the harmonium. Once they are proficient they sing on their own.

Well I live in an apartment in a huge housing complex. It is good to stay in a big complex as you get to interact with people of different culture and start appreciating their culture and taste. The society also organizes small get-togethers on occasion of festivals like Holi, Diwali and Dusshera.  The people of the society organize interactive shows, plays, drama and quiz and everyone enjoys it. We have a huge garden where children love to play. The apartment also has a power backup facility. The only dislike is that though it is a big society we do not have a recreation club and a place where activities can be performed.

The last place we went for dinner was to “The Five Rivers restaurant”. We had gone there to celebrate our anniversary party. The ambience was good. The entrance of the restaurant opens into a dome shaped interior, which is very spacious. A huge chandelier was hanging from the top. We could see the view of the entire city from that place. The food served is basically Punjabi and Kashmiri cuisine. We had reshmi kebab and murg shorba as starters followed by a breadbasket, Almond chicken, Goshtaba and chicken biryani. The food was very tasty. We enjoyed our dinner and are planning to visit once again to taste the other option of food that is available.

I own two adorable kittens. I love them so much, they are both black and both extremely playfull. I named then Deano and Sausage Roll which everybody finds hilarious! They are both very naughty and getting quite chubby as they like to be fed all the time! They are both male and they really like each other which surprises everyone as they are not even from the same litter and usually males are aggresive but mine are extremely friendly and socible. I have had them for just under a year and really enjoy having them. They are both housecats as i dont like letting them outside , it makes me worry too much when i see them near the roadside.
